Description
This iconic poster by Milton Glaser, originally created in 1966, remains one of the most recognizable pieces of 20th-century graphic design. Featuring Dylan’s silhouette with kaleidoscopic, flowing psychedelic hair and bold “DYLAN” typography, the artwork became emblematic of the era’s cultural and musical revolution.
This particular example is an original vintage print of the poster, presented in immaculate condition and newly framed to archival standards. While the precise pressing generation of the poster is not definitively established, it retains all the hallmarks of the early Columbia editions and has been preserved with exceptional care.
The poster is accompanied by a Columbia Records stereo LP of Bob Dylan’s Greatest Hits (KCS 9463). The vinyl features matrix number XSM 117278, matching the original mastering, and comes from an early 1970s pressing. Together, the set offers a striking visual and auditory tribute to one of music’s most enduring figures.
Condition: Excellent, newly framed, fold lines on lithograph as the art was distributed fold in the original LP.
