Lunenburg YYZ is a private art dealer based in Ontario, Canada. We offer a curated selection of resale artworks through our website and ship across Canada.
We believe in clear, transparent policies — to protect both you (the buyer) and us (the seller) — and to help you feel confident when purchasing art from our gallery.

Shipping Policy
Processing Time
Orders are carefully packaged and shipped within 2–5 business days (excluding statutory holidays).
Shipping Locations
We ship within Canada only. For areas outside Canada, please contact us — we are happy to explore what options may be available.
Shipping Rates
We offer flat-rate shipping within Canada based on the size, weight, and value of the artwork. Shipping costs will appear at checkout.
Custom Shipping
For heavier, larger, unusually shaped, or high-value pieces, Custom Shipping may apply. You can contact us before purchasing for a quote, or proceed with your order and we will contact you after purchase with the shipping cost. If you are not comfortable with the Custom Shipping rate, you may cancel the order for a full refund before shipping.
Shipping Methods
We use a variety of trusted carriers and shipping platforms to help manage shipping costs and ensure your artwork arrives safely.
Tracking and Insurance
All artwork is carefully packed and insured for its full value. A tracking number will be provided by email once your order ships.
Inspection on Delivery
When your order arrives, please inspect the package before opening. If the box shows any damage, take photos before opening. After opening, inspect the artwork. If there is any damage, contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos of the artwork and packaging. We will work with you to resolve the issue.
Address Accuracy
Please double-check your mailing address before placing your order. The buyer is responsible for any additional shipping costs resulting from incorrect address information.
Refund & Return Policy
No Refunds
All sales are final. Lunenburg YYZ does not offer refunds on purchases.
Exceptional Cases
In exceptional circumstances, refund or return requests may be reviewed on a case-by-case basis at our sole discretion.
Artwork Condition
We operate as an art dealer offering resale artworks. The pieces we sell are not necessarily new, newly framed, or in pristine condition. We do our best to provide accurate descriptions and clear photographs of each piece. We encourage you to review photos and descriptions carefully and contact us before purchasing if you have any questions.
Damage During Shipping
If your order arrives damaged, please follow the Inspection on Delivery process (see Shipping Policy). Contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos of the artwork and packaging. We will work with you to resolve the issue as appropriate.
